HELP need plastic weld on cement

Hi Guys
I need to find a place in germany to find a glue for the binding of my Cicada guitar. I can find the glue cement in US or UK, but they are not allowed to ship by air! Do you now any places I can get it in Germany? Denmark are much too small to find a glue for that!

Hi Peder,

you can buy the glue at Andreas Rall in Germany. Currently he just has the small 20gr package in Stock, but if you write him a mail Iam sure he will give you the information when the big 670gr package is back in stock. (If you need the big one) My experience is that he answers very quickly.

Hi Peder!

You can use acetone instead of glue. Just dip a small paintbrush into the acetone and apply it on the ABS-binding-material. Acetone solves the ABS on the surface and this mixture works like a glue. Press it onto the wood, fix it with tape, then apply acetone on the next 10cm of binding and so on. Works great.

You also can solve some snippets of ABS in acetone to get a kind of cement that works well too.
